Hasna Abousbetan

About me

Hasna obtained her Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology at the Berlin University of Applied Sciences (BHT) in 2024. As part of her thesis, she joined the research group CanEvo at Charité, where she investigated and evaluated adaptive therapy as a potential alternative to standard high-dose treatment for neuroblastoma, a type of cancer characterized by prominent tumor heterogeneity. Her work focused on analyzing different treatment-specific resistance dynamics in vitro by mimicking intratumor heterogeneity. Since April 2025, she has been working as an external technical assistant (TA) for the German Cancer Research Center (DKFZ) within CanEvo at Charité.
